Deadlines
All deadlines close at 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE), which means a submission is on time as long as it is still the stated date anywhere in the world. Use the + Calendar button beside any deadline to download it as a calendar file.

Deadlines are not extended by default
Any extension is announced on this page and by email to registered authors. Please do not plan around an extension that has not been announced. Late submissions cannot be entered into the review system after the portal closes.
